I dont often write to praise an organization but this one in particular has been fantastic. I have been purchasing vehicle parts off the internet for nearly 7 years now and I have seen everything including poorly formatted websites, parts specialists with little to no knowledge of what they are selling, poor customer service, foreign call centers, expensive prices and incomplete or false claims of OEM parts listings. Sliver State Ford stands out as a group far above the rest. Not only do they carry a complete listing of OEM parts for Ford vehicles but the prices are far cheaper than Ford Dealerships. Better yet, when I call the phone number, I instantly speak to a real live person, who knew exactly what I wanted, was knowledgeable about all things related with Ford vehicles. They were helpful in every facet of searching for parts, including clarification of what exactly I was asking from. The best part was that they worked with me on shipping are were extremely reasonable and helpful with exactly how fast things would arrive.

John: Received the replacement coil today (Wed. 01/13/'10} via Post Office - (wow that was really quick) and the defective coil was also picked up by Fed-Ex today, so the coil is in their hands at this point, and on it's way back to you. Really appreciate the quick, excellent service. When I need any parts for my three (yes 3) Ford vehicles - 1992 F-150 purchased new and still running like it was the day I brought it home, also a '93 Ford Escort Wagon which is my run-around town vehicle, and thirdly, my serious road car a 2005 Ford Thunderbird, which was the last year Ford built them. I emailed your company asking for information on a part which was hard for me to find locally. Not only did you respond to my email quickly, you gave me the part number and price. It took me a while to actually believe the part was so inexpensive, that I was a bit skeptical about ordering it. After taking my car to my own mechanic, he told me it would cost me almost $250.00 for part and labor. Thank you Brian, the diagram was a huge help. It turns out the body lift just put a spacer on top of the original mounts, so all I needed was the bolts which I would never have known without the diagram. I can not adequately express how appreciative I am of all the leg work you did for me, I've been trying to get this figured out for a while!!

Your Ford dealership does a great job of supplying parts for the Super Coupes!!! You are highly recommended on the Super Coupe Club message forum and I have added my praise to you for fast fair courteous service and having these oddball parts in-stock!!!
