Hi there, I'd like to thank you all at Silver State Ford for the excellent customer service. I first found your website through Google. I emailed your company asking for information on a part which was hard for me to find locally. Not only did you respond to my email quickly, you gave me the part number and price. It took me a while to actually believe the part was so inexpensive, that I was a bit skeptical about ordering it. After taking my car to my own mechanic, he told me it would cost me almost $250.00 for part and labor. Well, needless to say, I came back to your website and ordered a power window switch which I received in 2 days. I then went online to Youtube to see if I could find instructions on how to install it. I found very good instruction and was able to install the part in less than 5 minutes saving myself almost $190.00. So, thanks again for your immediate follow up and your quick execution of my order. It turns out the body lift just put a spacer on top of the original mounts, so all I needed was the bolts which I would never have known without the diagram. While I usually love my Fords, my dealership encounters have been less than stellar until now!
I just wanted to thank you and your dealership for getting the window regulator for my F150 to me so expediently. I installed the new part and it works perfect. While I wasn't very happy the original part failed, that was not of your doing.

I am totally without words. The post office delivered the part today and I installed it and it fixed the problem.
I just wanted to say thank you for the quick response to the problem as my local Ford dealer said they couldn't find anything wrong with the 4 wheel drive system.

Thanks! I've used Silver State in the past with excellent results, and I plan to use your company again this spring when I'll be buying brake and ignition parts. My '95 Mustang (whose name is Sally) runs and looks like new with 160k + miles and I want to keep her that way.
